Please read these Terms and Conditions of Usage ("Terms") carefully before using Easyshift Pty Ltd's job marketplace platform ("Easyshift"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3.1 Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements while using the Platform. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Platform.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information on the Platform.
• Engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its related systems or networks.
• Collect or harvest any information from the Platform without our prior written consent.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Easyshift Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

4.2 User Content

By using the Platform, you grant Easyshift Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any content you submit or post on the Platform. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easyshift Pty Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any content or services provided through the Platform.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Easyshift Pty Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.

7. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time, and the updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Easyshift Pty Ltd regarding the use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
